Speeding up.

To move is to use the body that we have been given – for mood, for action, for energy – to literally cover ground. There are few things more satisfying than the feeling after a stint of intentional movement; whether it be a walk, a run, a cardio burst, a swim, or a stretching session.

The hardest part is usually beginning, but the feeling at the end is what makes it all worthwhile. Enough “beginnings” lead you to develop the habit, or even better, your own personalized practice, of movement.

The benefits are endless – increased energy, elimination of toxins, fitness, feelings of triumph, accomplishment and satisfaction – but most rewarding of all is your body’s response, over time, to the stimulation. Our bodies serve us as well as we serve them – and if you manage to combine a daily exercise regime (that works for you) with good nutrition (whole and natural foods) and a consistent sleep pattern (7 to 8 quality hours a night) – then the results are life changing, life lengthening, and downright addictive.

It feels so good to take charge of your health. To speed up, build up, toughen up…. as well as to slim down, wind down and gear down.

Decide to do it from today, forever… your body will reward your efforts.
